Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can generate and review a SiteLaunch preview before choosing a paid plan. No subscription charge is required for the preview flow.

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions. You may cancel from the billing portal before the next renewal. Your paid site generally remains available through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or agreed in writing. We do not automatically refund unused time, failure to use the service, or customer-side configuration issues.

Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable after submission to the registrar because registrars usually treat registration as final. Domain availability, pricing, and renewal terms are subject to registry and registrar rules.

Taxes, payment processing fees, chargeback costs, dispute costs, and similar transaction costs may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law.
