Terms of Service

SiteLaunch provides AI-assisted website generation, hosted previews, subscription-based publishing, dashboard access, support intake, and optional custom-domain connection or registration workflows for small businesses.

Starter is $29/month. Pro is $49/month. Both plans are billed monthly through Stripe under Beka's Supply Company and can be canceled before the next renewal. Preview generation is free and does not require a card; publishing requires a paid plan.

Domain connection is included with Pro. If SiteLaunch registers a new domain for you, registration and renewal costs are shown separately and billed at cost with no markup unless a separate written offer says otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing generated copy, contact information, images, claims, offers, licensing statements, and regulatory requirements before publishing or advertising your site.

SiteLaunch is not a legal, tax, marketing compliance, or professional-services substitute.

Hosting and SSL are included for active paid sites, but SiteLaunch does not provide an uptime SLA unless one is separately signed. Custom-domain DNS and SSL timing can vary by registrar, DNS provider, and third-party infrastructure.

We may update the service, policies, and plan packaging prospectively. Material customer-facing changes will be reflected in the public terms or checkout flow.
